Q: In deep meditation, the breath slows down and stops sometimes. How does the body function at that time? How does breath impact our experience of meditation?
 
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: It does impact. When the breath slows down, the activity on the body slows down. Samadhi is almost zero activity. Still a little bit will be happening.
